**As of December 11, 2025. Bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. No definite date for the rebid. Description of Work: The Project consists of clearing and grubbing, grading, rip-rapping, and landscaping, along 3,690 feet of stream. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Consideration of Bids: No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids, or any part of a bid, and to award the Contract to the Bidder, who in the judgment of the OWNER, will best serve the interest of the OWNER Question Deadline 08/24/2025 A.
