Oak Lodge Water Services is Seeking Competitive Sealed Bids From Qualified and Experienced Firms Able to Provide Construction Services for the Courtney Ave Sewer Rehabilitation Project. The Project Generally Consists of Pipe Bursting, Cured-in-place Pipe Lining, and Open Trench Construction for Approximately 3,842 Feet of Sewer Pipe Within the Oak Lodge Water Services District, Along Courtney Ave From River Rd to Mcloughlin Blvd. The Work Also Includes Replacement of Manholes and Laterals, Along With Surface Restoration. All Bids Shall Be Submitted on the Furnished Bid Submission Packet Through the Bid Locker Submittal System. All Bids Shall Be Submitted in the Prescribed Form and Said Manner as Indicated in the Information for Bidders. Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond Executed in Favor of the Oak Lodge Water Services Authority in an Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid Amount. No Bid Will Be Considered Unless the Bid Contains, or is Accompanied by, a Statement by the Bidder That the Provisions Required by Ors 2790.838 or Ors 2790.840, as Applicable, Pertaining to Prevailing Wages, Shall Be Included as Part of the Contract.
