The Buildings Directorate is responsible for this mandate. Its mission is to offer a real estate portfolio that takes into account the evolving needs of the university community, to ensure maintenance, lagestion, developmentand optimal use, furnished spaces and a healthy and safe environment for users. The Universite de Montreal wishes to do business with a supplier specialized in chemicals for water treatment and maintenance, and to limit corrosion, scaling, deposit formation, fouling and growth of microorganisms for a period of 3 years.
