Please refer to the "Terms" section of this notice. Diesel fuel price adjustment Please note that the contract under this tender provides for an adjustment of the price of diesel fuel. The terms of this adjustment are provided for in the Additional Instructions as well as in the Additional General Conditions. Recommendation for electronic submission The Company has undertaken initiatives for its digital transformation and, as a result, strongly recommends that bidders submit their bid electronically through SEAO. Authorization to contract/certificate from Revenu Quebec It is strongly suggested to bidders that they apply as soon as possible, according to the requirements of the contractual documents, for a certificate from Revenu Quebec and, if applicable, for authorization to contract with the Autorite des marches publics, in order to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline indicated in the Instructions to Tenderers and/or in the Additional Instructions. The contract covered by this call for tenders is required for a period of three (3) seasons from its effective date. The probable date of commencement of services is on or about November 1, 2025. TENDER GUARANTEE No bid security is required. Any bidder should note that if it refuses to proceed with its bid, the Company may reject any bid submitted by that bidder to the Company for the next two years A site visit will be conducted by the Company's project manager.
