Reference number: 20090418 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-09-04 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 36 The Montreal Heart Institute (MHI) is looking for a supplier to clear snow and ice from parking lots, traffic lanes and pedestrian entrances throughout the site. The latter will be divided into two separate lots, as follows LOT # 1 (ICM at 5000 rue Belanger) LOT # 2 (Centre EPIC and Eglise Bonaventure at 5055 rue Saint-Zotique) Both lots will be awarded to the same contractor. Snow and ice removal from parking lots, traffic lanes and pedestrian entrances must be carried out in collaboration between the Adjudicator and ICM. The MHI invites companies specializing in this field to submit a price quotation for the mandate defined hereinafter, as well as for the terms and conditions appearing in this estimate. The contract period will be three (3) years, from November 1, 2025 to April 30, 2028.
