A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of performing maintenance and dredging services at St. Joseph (Outer) Harbor in Berrien County, Michigan, and Holland (Outer) Harbor in Ottawa County, Michigan. The contractor will be required to mobilize dredging equipment to both harbors. Dredging at St. Joseph Outer Harbor will occur between stationing -25+00 to -14+00, with nearshore placement in the 8'-12' contour. Dredging at Holland Outer Harbor will occur between stationing -14+00 to -8+50, also with nearshore placement in the 8'-12' contour. Demobilization will take place upon completion of dredging at both locations.
