The Invitation to Bid issued on Friday, November 21, 2025, by the City of Morristown prescribed a timeline including those inquiries/questions be writing by 5:00 PM on Thursday, November 26, 2025, and answers published by 5:00 PM on Monday, December 1, 2025.
