**As of September 19th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five (5%) percent of the base bid proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the plans, specifications, or other proposed contract documents, he may submit to the Engineer a written request for an interpretation thereof. The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery. Any interpretation of the proposed documents will be made only by Addendum duly issued and a copy of such Addendum will be mailed or delivered to each person receiving a set of such documents. The Department of Correctional Services will not be responsible for any other explanation or interpretations of the proposed documents. All Addenda so issued shall become part of the contract documents.
