NOS Turbine Deck Hoist Upgrade. Questions due from Bidders Submit to RFP@oppd.com 08/26/25 2:00 p.m Provide construction services to upgrade the Turbine Deck Trolley Hoist and the conductor bar per details below. Construction services include providing all permanent materials, labor, tools, equipment and incidentals required to complete the scope of work. Scope of Work Unwire and remove of old trolley, electrical, motors, brakes, etc. and deactivate cab. Disposal of equipment removed will be coordinated with OPPD's Investment Recovery specialists. Remove the vent fan from ceiling for Crane Access. OPPD to disconnect electrical to fan. Install a new festoon system. Install new trolley, motor, brake, drives, resistors, control panel, and remote system. Reinstall Ven Fan on Ceiling Function and Load Test Entire System Clean the entire work area. Provide all design drawings, operational manuals, equipment manuals, and identify key component manufacturers, manufacturer's part numbers, and any operating parameters associated with equipment. Provide a list of all consumables (filters, oil, lubricants, etc.) along with recommended manufacturer and part numbers. Provide a Bill of Materials of all components. Remove old span wire running the length of the building. Install a new conductor bar the length of the building. Connect to existing hoist and building power supply and test. Work Location: North Omaha Station, 7475 Pershing Drive, Omaha, NE, 68112 The Contractor shall include in the proposal an anticipated schedule for the milestone payments and deliverables for review and approval by OPPD. The Contractor shall provide to OPPD demonstration of how to operate new equipment, all related equipment manuals, drawings, warranties, related technical documentation and perform required load testing. This is a time and material contract.
