Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fort Hunter, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 10/16/2025 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Work shall include but is not limited to: The project consists of the construction of a new Fire House, including all structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Work also includes associated site improvements such as clearing, grading, paving, stormwater management, and connection of electrical, water, and sewer services. Questions should be sent to Anthony Mantas, EIT via email at amantas@delawareengineering.com. Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. This project is funded by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Climate Smart Communities (DEC-CSC) grant program, the Catskill Watershed Corporation, and the Village of Hunter. Compliance with American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements and a 30% utilization of Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) are required. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the Bid and to reject any or all Bids.
