The contractor shall test the gate for proper operation upon completion of installation, with USCG personnel present during all tests. All installations must comply with applicable manufacturer's instructions and/or recommendations. The contractor is responsible for removing all trash and debris from the project area upon completion. All work must be approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative and coordinated through the designated Government Point of Contact.
