The purpose of Amendment W911QX25QA114-0001 is to update the specifications and requirements from Conference Room A1 to furniture in Building 4600 at multiple locations. It also updates the Technical Exhibits from one (1) through three (3) to one (1) through five (5) and updates the AT-OPSEC Requirements section on the Provisions and Clauses attachment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. Proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement will use a tiered evaluation of offers, starting with a small business set-aside that will convert to full and open competition if no acceptable offers are received from responsible small business concerns. The Nonmanufacturer Rule (NMR) does not apply to this solicitation as it is a total small business set-aside estimated below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). However, if the procurement exceeds the SAT, the NMR will apply. The acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the associated NAICS code 337214 and a small business size standard of 1,100 employees. The contractor shall supply, furnish, and install furniture in Building 4600 at multiple locations in accordance with the Salient Characteristics documents and Technical Exhibits one (1) through five (5). Delivery shall be made no later than 180 days after contract award to Aberdeen Proving Ground, 6300 Rodman Road, Aberdeen, MD 21005. The evaluation criteria include price, technical capabilities/specification, and past performance. Offers must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 (with its Alternate I), Offeror Representations with its offer.
