Reference Number 0000396356 The County of Kane is accepting competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced vendors for the complete renovation and improvement of the Kane County Adult Justice Center's kitchen and laundry. This is an all-inclusive project per specifications for the Kane County Building Management Department. This is a Prevailing Wage Rate project and requires compliance with the Kane County Responsible Bidder Ordinance for public work. The Project consists of the alteration of the kitchen and laundry areas. The Work includes but is not limited to: demolition, door and hardware, structural reinforcement, acoustical ceilings, interior and exterior painting, food service equipment, HVAC equipment, gas piping, electrical wiring, temperature controls, and testing and balancing.
