Renovation of an educational facility in Kingston, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 43,100-square-foot educational facility.
Roane County is inviting sealed bids for Roof Replacement - Midway High School subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Invitation to Bid, the bid specifications and the Roane County Purchasing Manual. All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as currently amended if bid price exceeds $25,000. If bidding over $25,000 a 5% bid bond is required. Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, material, and/or supply needs.
