RXDX LLC was awarded this project on 9/15/2025. Construction of a new 4,721 sq. ft. facility that includes a reinforced concrete foundation, a pre- engineered metal building (PEMB) to serve as a three-bay garage and an attached office building constructed of reinforced concrete masonry units (CMU). The office building will include entry vestibule, office, men's and women's restrooms, meeting room, break room, and utility room. The PEMB portion will incorporate a standing seam metal roof. The CMU office portion will incorporate a modified bitumen roofing system installed on a concrete deck. Additional work includes accessible walkways, ADA compliant parking, and emergency generator. All work will be constructed per the contract documents, plans and specifications. This project will require 5% Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the accepted bid. Failure to provide required performance and payment bonds for this contract will result in forfeiture of the 5% Bid Bond. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check or a Bidder's Bond from a surety company licensed in the State of Texas, payable to Kleberg County, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract with the Owner.
