Paving and renovation of a municipal facility in Riviera, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,698-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.

Items of work include renovation of the existing facility that will include removal and replacement of windows, doors, roof, floors, ceilings, and light fixtures. Renovation of existing Men's and Women's restrooms, break area, chief's office, laundry room, storage room, and maintenance shop. Painting of the exterior façade and interior conditioned spaces. There will also be minor paving improvements, new sidewalks, and revised drainage around the building. The total square footage is approximately 8,698 sq. ft., with the conditioned space approximately 3,613 sq. ft. Sealed proposals must be addressed as specified. A Pre-Bid conference will be held at the project site before bidding. Plans and Specifications may be obtained electronically from the Architect. The project will require a 5% Bid Bond, and Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the accepted bid. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check or a Bidder's Bond from a surety company licensed in Texas. This project is financed with assistance from the General Land Office under the Community Development Block Grant Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) program and is subject to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations, including prevailing Davis-Bacon wage rates. The successful bidder must ensure nondiscrimination in employment. Kleberg County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities.
