Bituminous Concrete Paving Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Estimated cost of this total contract is $1,690,000 (if two contract extensions are granted). Dates of work under this contract will be for one year from the start date of the contract, with the option at the Town's sole discretion to renew for two additional one-year periods. Following M.G.L. c. 90, 34, and 720 CMR 5.00, contractors bidding on this project must be prequalified with the MA Department of Transportation. The following preliminary Streets have been selected, and their approximate work areas have been provided for a basic understanding of the scope for 2025-2027. Actual limits will be determined at the time of work and basis of payment. Mill and Pave roadways (2025 & 2026) shall be mechanically milled by cold plane to a depth of 2" and paved with 2" HMA (top). Reclaimed roadways (2027) will be reclaimed, fine-graded & compacted, paved with 2-1/2" of Binder HMA and paved with 1-1/2" of Top HMA. Question Deadline 09/11/2025 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed through the website specified above or through email at colbrot@boxfordma.gov and to be given consideration must be received at least seven days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids MBE/WBE: Combined 10.4 % of the Contract Price.
