Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Nashville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 110,000-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Buildings within the Urban Services District are required to achieve LEED certification at the Gold (minimum) level. The CMAR will work with Metro and its consultants to identify a certification strategy applicable to the project. Specific effort related to the LEED certification process will be determined by Metro in consultation with the A/E team.
