This Request for Quote (RFQ) is pursuant to the agency's discretionary purchasing authority of up to $85,000 under State Finance Law Article 11, Section 163 (6). The New York State Police (NYSP) is soliciting quotes for the purchase of the following: Installation of a Bryan B Fit 650 boiler, intake and exhaust fan, electrical modifications, pipes, valves, and fittings. Modification of existing concrete pad for replacement boiler. Question Deadline 09/11/2025 Questions during the site visit will be permitted however, verbal answers are not official answers. All questions asked at or after the site visit must be submitted .Inquiries and quotes shall be submitted to Contracts@troopers.ny.gov with the subject line Troop D Boiler Replacement. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% ** site visit info : A maximum of 2 representatives from each company will be allowed to attend.
