(2) The Services to be performed by the CONTRACTOR shall consist in particular of : - Carrying out periodic inspections of the Railway Infrastructure; - Perform special inspections of the Railway Infrastructure; - Preventive and corrective maintenance of Railway Infrastructure; - Carry out emergency interventions in and on Infrastructure; - Carry out winter maintenance, including, but not limited to, snow removal, de-icing, loading, transporting and disposing of snow and spreading abrasives and/or ice melters on and around the identified Infrastructures throughout the winter period; - Manage Residual Materials, including their collection and off-site disposal; Provide rail protection for all Services carried out in the railway right-of-way.
