DESCRIPTION The mandate consists of replacing the roof covering, sash and sliding windows, two patio doors, balcony decks, rusted lintels, control joints, sealant around exterior doors, cracked concrete blocks, as well as the repointing of masonry and the painting of worked metals. GUARANTEES: The Submission must be accompanied by the following documents: A tender guarantee valued at 10% of the total cost of the Tender, including applicable taxes; A performance bond worth 50% of the total cost of the Contract to be entered into, including applicable taxes; A guarantee for wages, materials and services, valued at 50% of the total cost of the Contract to be entered into, including applicable taxes. INSURANCE: The following insurance will be required when granting the Contract: A wrap-up liability insurance of at least $5,000,000; General liability insurance for a minimum amount of $5,000,000; A comprehensive insurance policy; and Automobile liability insurance of a minimum of $2,000,000;
