Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Wooster, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of 11/21/2025 Owner did not receive any bids for this project. No additional plan has been determined at this time. Goals for Minority Participation 4% Goals for Female Participation 4% Question Deadline 11/13/2025 Questions shall be submitted to the Owner. All questions must be submitted in writing, via email, to the following individual Amanda Stock Legal Assistant 330-287-5424 astock@wayneohio.org All questions must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids to be considered. 215 N. COLUMBUS AVE WOOSTER, OHIO 44691 405 & 407 LARWILL ST WOOSTER, OHIO 44691 This project consists of the renovation of ten (10) residential apartments, located at four (4) physical addresses. There are three (3) duplexes and one (1) four-plex building. The work consists of, but is not limited to, the replacement of doors, windows, roofs, flooring, and cabinetry. Bathroom addition, new parking area, HVAC, electrical work, and plumbing upgrades. The Engineer's Estimate for the project is: $242,112.16. A certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid submitted. Upon entering into a contract with the Owner, the Contractor must then file a Performance Bond for the full amount of the Contract. The Performance Bond must be in the form prescribed by the Ohio Revised Code, the form of which is provided herein. Checks and irrevocable letters of credit submitted will be returned to the successful and unsuccessful bidders when the Contract is executed. Bidder must agree to commence work on or before a date to be specified in a written "NOTICE TO PROCEED" of the Owner and to fullycomplete the project by AUGUST 31, 2026. Bidder must agree to pay as liquidated damages the sum of $500.00 for each consecutive calendar day as hereinafter provided in the General Conditions if the project is not completed by the specified date.
