Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Pulaski, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The structural restoration of the Masonry Wall at Sam Davis Park, as indicated in the contract drawings. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the City of Pulaski, U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after opening of bids. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond, bonds, or insurance surety. Doc note: Deposits for both General and Sub-Contractors are 100% refundable to unsuccessful bidders when your plans and specs are returned in good condition, within 10 days of the bid opening. The successful bidders deposit will be retained. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularitie The City of Pulaski reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding whenever such rejection or waiver is in the interest of the Owner.
