Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Pulaski, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The work to be performed includes the replacement of the interior and exterior coating systems of the 500,000 gallon Ground Level Steel Small Twin Tank and the cleaning of the interior and exterior of the 1,500,000 gallon prestressed concrete Magazine Tank. The contract time for completion is 120 calendar days, with liquidated damages of $1,000 per calendar day for non-completion. All bidders must be licensed general contractors, must include their contractor's license number, expiration date, and relevant classification on the bid envelope, and must deposit the required bid security as specified. The successful bidder must furnish both a performance bond and payment bond, each for 100% of the contract price. The contractor must comply with all applicable state licensing requirements and provide all information as specified for prime, masonry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or geothermal contractors as applicable. Time of Completion: One Hundred Twenty (120) consecutive calendar days.
