The project outline is interior renovations to upgrade sanitary sewer lines, restrooms, flooring and ceilings/lighting. The Board of Education intends to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder complying with the terms of the letting. However, the Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids; to reject any part of a bid; to accept any bid which it deems to be in its best interest; to advertise for and solicit new bids; and, to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bid requirements and specifications. All work on the project shall be executed as part of the work of this contract.
