The proposed work includes the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to construct Asphalt Overlay 2026 project on Dingledine Road from Southgate Drive to Towers Road, South River Road from Pralle Lane to Arena Parkway, Old Hwy 79 from 250 ft South of Mueller Road to Hwy 79 and North Point Prairie Road (Northern Section) from Hwy 61 to Swanter Lane, North Point Prairie Road (Middle Section) from Mar Pat Dr to 0.2 Miles South of Scotti Rd and North Point Prairie Road (Southern Section) from W Meyer Road to N Service Road in St. Charles County, Missouri. Question Deadline 10/24/2025 Submit completed Contractor Questionnaire and/or Contractor Prequalification Questionnaire with attachments not later than seven (7) days prior to the date and hour of the bid opening. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Cashiers Check or Certified Check, or a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an approved Surety Company and payable to the County, in an amount not less than Five Percent (5%) of the Sum Total of the Base Bid. The DBE goal for this letting is a minimum of 7% of the total contract amount. All bidders must meet the MoDOT requirements as a Contractor at least seven (7) days prior to bid opening in accordance with Section 102.2 of the St. Charles County Standard Specifications for Arterial Highway Construction. A Performance Bond and Payment and Materials Bond are required. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The County reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities therein to determine the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder, and to approve the bond.
