As of December 30, 2025 the project has been awarded. Bidders shall be registered with the District s Vendor Registry and can obtain Project Bidding Information and requirements on the Registry s website, Monday, November 17, 2025. Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards, shall be paid all workers employed on this project. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive technicalities, to select any contractor filing a proposal, and to reject any or all bids. GENERAL SCOPE: 1. The purpose of the Request for Bid (RFB) is to improve the painted wall and floor finishes in the weight room at Holt High School, Located at 600 Campus Drive, Wentzville MO 63385. The "work" shall be completed under the supervision of a General Contractor or a company acting as the General Contractor for the purposes of coordination and supervising the various disciplines work as submitting the required documents. SUMMARY of the Base Bid Work: 1. The work shall include painting, removal of the existing rubber floor tile, cleaning of the exposed ductwork and roof framing prior to painting and installing new roll goods rubber flooring. 2. The district will remove all weight and exercise equipment as needed, either from or within the room to accommodate the contractor's efforts. Extent of removal shall be coordinated with the general contractor upon award. 3. Removal of the suspended batting cage and all components. 4. Removal of the two motorized ceiling mounted basketball backboards and wall mounted pipe attachment rails and blocking and other minor improvement work. All questions shall be directed, in writing thru the District's Vendor Registry's Website. All questions shall be submitted prior to 1:00 PM Tuesday November 25, 2025. Questions after that time will not be answered. 2. No verbal communication shall be recognized in amending, changing or authorizing modification of the requirements of the project.
