Elevator A certified check or bank draft, payable to Paris Board of Public Utilities, U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Paris Board of Public Utilities reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding whenever such rejection or waiver is in the interest of the Owner. Doc note: Each General and Sub-Contractor will receive one (1) set of plans and specifications by depositing $300.00 with TLM Associates, Inc. Once the General or Sub-Contractor is on the plan holders list, you may request PDF documents for your use during bidding. Deposits for both General and Sub-Contractors are 100% refundable to unsuccessful bidders when your plans and specs are returned in good condition, within 10 days of the bid opening.
