The City of Kelowna is seeking a qualified Contractor in good standing with RCABC to provide roofing services including inspection, repair, preventative maintenance, and 24-7 emergency repair for approximately 140 buildings across the City on an as needed basis. All Work shall be performed to the highest standards of the industry, skill, workmanship, applicable trade best practices, meet warranties and in conformance to all applicable laws, codes and regulations. All ladders/hoists to access building roofs are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor must have a minimum of 3 service personnel with the ability to obtain RCMP security clearance.
