Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Kelowna, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 74,466-square-foot, three-story above grade, 800-seat educational facility.

School District No. 23 is initiating the design and construction of a new middle school located at 1555 Burtch Road in the City of Kelowna. The new facility will be a total floor area of 6,895 m2 to accommodate 800 students. TIMELINE: Request for proposal from Architectural design services, has been issued by the owner. Further update in late 2025, upon award.
