The City of Kelowna aims to engage a capable Contractor for the fabrication and installation of the North Entry Monument, a landmark structure designed to create a memorable gateway experience for travelers along Highway 97. Through the Early Contractor Engagement process, the City seeks to foster a collaborative, problem-solving environment early in the project lifecycle. The goal is to address key constructability challenges, reduce scope uncertainty, and ensure alignment with the approved design vision during the Design Phase, with the potential to transition into the Construction Phase. Given the unique nature of this project, the Contractor must demonstrate that they have, or have access to, the necessary expertise to support this process and successfully deliver the work.
