All phases to be complete by December 21, 2025. Q Dorm Shower: Grind existing coatings to prepare for ramp and new coatings Build ramp using 1060 fast cure material / Slope to drain Apply epoxy material to floor and ramp and broadcast to rejection gravel colored flakes After cured apply polyaspartic topcoat 14 Additional Dorm Showers Remove tile from floor and walls using small jackhammers Grind the walls and floor using hand tooling with vacuums attached After prepped use rapid repair mortar on failed areas on the floor Apply fast setting patch material on grout lines and all cracks in floor Apply fast setting primer to the walls Ramp and slope any drains as needed for proper drainage Apply urethane cement to the flooring areas Broadcast decorative flake into the wet material to rejection After cured scrape and detail knocking down any loose flake Apply a thickened epoxy coat on the walls Broadcast to rejection After cured apply a second broadcast to all areas After cured scrape and detail Apply two coats of fast setting polyaspartic topcoat to grout and finish the flake County to have inmates moved from working area County to remove any items or fixtures from wall prior to contractor arrival Each Supplier must submit their intent to bid. Notification of intent to bid can be submitted in writing via email to: Kristie Helms Email: helmsk@clinton-county.org The County reserves the right to accept, reject, or negotiate any or all bids, to waive or not waive informalities or irregularities in bids or bidding procedures and to accept any bid determined by the County to be in the best interest of the County, whether a bid is lowest or not.
