Furnish all necessary machinery, tools, apparatus, and other means of construction, perform all work, and provide all materials required to complete the work specified, in strict accordance with the plans and the current edition of the MDOT Specifications for Construction and any attached supplemental specifications. This includes supplying corrugated plastic pipe structures (such as corrugated plastic tile, N-12 plastic tile, couplers, and tee sections) for road maintenance and construction operations. All transport of material must comply with CDL requirements. Material testing for specification compliance may be required, and costs may be shared with the Road Commission if an independent firm is retained. Contractors must have proper Workers' Compensation Disability Insurance and Liability Insurance, naming the Clinton County Road Commission as additional insured, on file before work begins. Prices must remain effective throughout the contract period, with renewal options as mutually agreed. Invoices are to be emailed for payment processing. Bidders are required to complete vendor ACH/electronic forms and return them as instructed. The Clinton County Road Commission reserves the right to accept any portion of the bid, award alternate backup suppliers, and is committed to equal opportunity principles in all contractor decisions and services.
