The project includes the replacement of an existing effluent-source heat pump system with a new gas-fired Make-up Air Unit. The work involves complete removal of the effluent-source heat pump system and complete installation of the Make-up Air Unit (MAU), including structural modifications, gas piping extension, and electrical modifications.
