Water Treatment Plant Improvements: The contractor shall construct upgrades to the water treatment plant as shown or described in the drawings and specifications, including demolition and replacement of water distribution system components including piping, pumps, valves, controls and control panels, electrical equipment, and mechanical components. The contractor shall construct temporary water connections, as well as construct a community watering point. Description of Work: This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for a contractor to construct the water distribution replacement project for Unalakleet, Alaska. See the following scope of work, design plans, specifications, conditional approval to construct and contaminated soil management plan for further details. To be responsive, a bid must include a bid guaranty equal to 5% of the amount bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Engineer's Estimate is between $20,000,000 and $30,000,000 All work shall be completed by: Substantial completion: 9/15/2026 Final Completion: 9/30/2026 Question Deadline 09/01/2025
