This project includes renovations to the second floor to create new treatment Rooms, offices, and support spaces such as toilet and break facilities. Other Improvements include renovations to the public restrooms on the first and second Floors, such that they are ada compliant. The staff break rooms and toilet rooms on The third floor are also being renovated to meet ada accessibility standards. New Hvac replacement units and new interior roof access is also being incorporated. Interior finishes will be replaced in all the rooms mentioned above. A new Addressable fire alarm system for the entire facility will be provided, replacing the Existing wireless system.
