The atached Lead Inspec_on and Risk Assessment (LIRA) Report iden_fies known lead-based paint hazards associated with this property. The atached Work Write-Up specifies which lead-based paint hazards are to be addressed for this project, and prescribes the use of abatement methods, interim controls, or a combina_on of both. A lead clearance examina_on is required for impacted work area(s) following comple_on of lead-based paint ac_vi_es to determine that lead-based paint ac_vi_es are complete and that no setled dust-lead hazards or soil-lead hazards, if applicable, exist in the work area. Clearance examina_on to be performed by the third-party that completed the LIRA. This project may not address all lead-based paint hazards iden_fied on the LIRA.
