Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Greenville will receive sealed bids to excavate and grade a site at 502 E. Washington, Greenville to prepare for construction of new building under separate contract in Greenville. The major items of the Work will consist of approximately 1186 square yards of HMA surface removal; 1212 cubic yards of earth balancing; 497 feet of concrete curb; 602 square feet of sidewalk; concrete stairs and railing; 337 tons of aggregate base; 186 tons of HMA surfacing; lighting and landscaping. This Project is funded through the Land and Water Conservation Fund and will require compliance with all related Federal and State requirements.
