Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Greenville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Greenville is soliciting sealed proposals for the WWTP Improvements - Contract 1. The work includes; addition of a sludge tank mixing system in the existing 750,000 gallon sludge storage tank and installation of cathodic protection, replacement of their four (4) existing raw influent submersible pumps and addition of two new submersible mixers in the raw influent wet well, construction of a new 500,000 gallon secondary digester with a membrane gas cover, construction of an approximately 400 sft building expansion, and related site, mechanical, electrical, controls, and building architectural and HVAC work. The City of Greenville has directly purchased the sludge tank mixing system pump and nozzles, the four (4) submersible raw influent pumps, two (2) submersible mixers, and the secondary digester tank steel, membrane gas storage and related equipment. Contract Documents show the scope of supply of the Owner procured equipment. Contractor will install Owner procured equipment. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond by a recognized surety in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total of the bid price. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of Ninety (90) days. The City of Greenville reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all
