Renovation of a municipal facility in Greenville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Description: Upgrades to the City's Council Chambers audio-visual system, which includes but is not limited to demolition of existing devices, cables, enclosures, and installation of new devices and cabling. Construction Contract: Single or Multiple Contract Project consisting of the following prime contracts: 1. Audio-Visual a. Scope: 1) Provide AV rough-ins (Boxes, Conduits, Raceway, Pathway) 2) Provide AV faceplates 3) Provide and install AV equipment 4) Configure AV equipment 5) Program AV equipment and controls ) Project Location: a. Greenville City Hall, 411 S Lafayette St, Greenville, MI 48838 Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after opening of bids. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Estimated completion will be May 23, 2025 Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted by the Bidder in writing and shall be received by the Designer no later January 30 th , 2025, 5:00 p.m., addressed to ldearman@aetech.design.
