Renovation of a municipal facility in Winchester, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Winchester is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide labor, materials, equipment, transportation and quality control and management for: Complete modernization of the four (4) elevators and one (1) dumbwaiter located at the Joint Judicial Center, 5 N. Kent Street, Winchester VA. All work shall be completed within 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed for the project. Question Submission Deadline:September 25, 2025, 2:00pm Should an offeror find discrepancies in or omissions from the specification or request for proposal, he/she shall use the Question and Answer ("Q&A") tab on the Portal to submit all inquiries The right is reserved, as the interest of the City of Winchester requires, to revise or amend the specifications prior to the date set for opening proposal; the opening date may be postponed if deemed necessary by the City's Purchasing Agent. Such revisions and amendments, if any, will be announced by written Addenda to the specifications. In addition, the City of Winchester reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals, in whole or in part, cancel the bid at any time prior and to waive any informality.
