Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide janitorial services at 432 John Fitch Highway, Suites A-130 and A-140, Fitchburg, MA. The facility is approximately 3,700 square feet and requires cleaning services three days per week. Services include general cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and storage spaces; trash removal; vacuuming; hard surface cleaning; high-touch surface disinfection; restroom sanitation and supply replenishment; glass cleaning; dusting; carpet cleaning; and emergency cleaning as needed. Periodic services such as carpet shampooing, light fixture cleaning, and de-scaling of toilets and urinals are also required on a monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis. All work must comply with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers safety and health standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental guidelines. Contractors must maintain a Quality Control Program, submit monthly checklists signed by on-site Military Service Representatives (MSRs), and adhere to strict scheduling and access protocols. Services are to be performed during regular business hours, excluding federal holidays, with provisions for rescheduling due to closures or emergencies.
