Fasnacht Farm Park Entry and Parking :- New entry from Jackson Ave NW and driveway and parking lot. Any exceptions to the terms or conditions of this RFP must be clearly stated in writing in the proposal. This is for a new driveway and parking area at Fasnacht Farm Park. The ingress and egress have been marked by the Stark County Engineers' Office and a stake is placed at the center of the entrance. This Bid will be made as the General Contractor for this entire project, any sub-contractors used will fall under the guidance of the General Contractor. The curb must be cut and the curb installed on the first 10' of the driveway entrance. A concrete or asphalt apron will be installed for the first 10 foot of the drive. The rest of the driveway will be gravel. The topsoil must be stripped, and a spoils pile will be made and left on site. Geotextile Fabric will be placed under the gravel the width of the driveway and parking lot. A gravel base of larger limestone (1's and 2's) will be placed on the driveway and parking area at a thickness of 6 inches. A topcoat of smaller limestone (304) will be added to finish off the drive and parking lot at a thickness of 4 inches. Drainage along the driveway as needed and a culvert pipe added at the low point crossing the drive. The driveway will be 35 feet from the entrance from Jackson Ave and the driveway will be 25 foot wide going back to the parking lot area approx. 380 feet. The parking lot is 125 feet by 80 feet. Trees on the property will be marked for removal and stumps ground and must be included in the bid. There are 12 individual trees from Jackson Ave back to the community gardens. There is a group of approx. 20 trees on South side of proposed driveway. Completion- December 1st , 2025
