The City of Sugar Land is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for Concrete Ramp Design and Build in the sallyport area. A site walk is required for bidders to ensure there is a clear understanding of the requested scope of work. Please RSVP via the email contact provided using the project ID in the subject line. Meeting location and area images are available in the attachments section. Please note this is not a formal solicitation. A contract may or may not be formed from this request. If a formal solicitation is deemed necessary, vendors will be notified. Question Deadline 09/02/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Question Response Deadline: September 3, 2025, 4:30pm Scope of Work Saw cut the area consistent with the COSL-approved design scope Remove and properly dispose of existing concrete materials Prepare the sub-grade for the new concrete Furnish rebar dowels and cross bar sections to match the existing The ramp at maximum slope is to be flush with the containment entry door The ramp at minimum elevation is to be flush with the sally port driveway Ensure trip hazards are eliminated Complete with an anti-slip groove line finish Strip ramp, adjoining curb, and path with high-visibility caution paint
