This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Bridge Inspection, Management, and General Consulting Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The City of St. Albert is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed and professional consulting firms to provide consulting services for a three-year bridge inspection and maintenance (BIM) program, with the option for two additional one-year terms.
