Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in San Luis Obispo, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
This project involves an interior remodel of finishes, lockers, casework and bathroom/shower partitions within the existing softball locker room building. Existing roofing to be replaced in kind. Selective demolition, ceramic tile, LVT flooring cabinetry and countertops, wood framing and drywall is also required. The University will be performing the following trades: ELECTRICAL, FIRE ALARM, COMMUNICATIONS AND DATA, PLUMBING, PAINTING Anticipated Schedule: 4 Months Start Date: September 29, 2025 Completion: January 30, 2026 (Contractor is Responsible for Overtime and Weekend Work Anticipated to Meet Project Schedule) 1. Subcontractors must be bondable and may be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds. 2. Bid Bond is not required. 3. Safety Record is of the utmost importance. Subcontractors with aggregate EMR Rate of 1.5 over the past three years may be disqualified. 4. Prevailing Wage Maino Construction Company, Incorporated is an equal opportunity Contractor. It is the responsibility of each Subcontractor to view all pertinent information and documents prior to submitting a proposal.
