Renovation of an educational facility in San Luis Obispo, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The purpose of this request for proposal (rfp) is to solicit proposals from potential development partners (system provider) to design, install, operate, and own a multi-megawatt, distributed solar photovoltaic (pv) system on the california polytechnic state university, san luis obispo (cal poly slo) campus. Proposers are advised that cal poly is issuing two separate request for proposals, one for the solar photovoltaic (pv) system, and one for a battery energy storage system. Submittals for each rfp will be evaluated independently and in accordance with the criteria set forth in each rfp. However, it is cal polyS desire for one entity to provide both services described in these rfps, if possible, under two contracts. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Question Deadline date added as per Addendum 3 10/14/2025
