Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This pedestrian safety improvement project/contract consists of 0.681 miles of clearing & grubbing, grading, curb & gutter, sidewalk, concrete, asphalt paving, drainage, signing & striping. Earthwork Less than 2,500 CY Curb & Gutter 3,620 LF Concrete Flat Work 3,527 SY Asphalt 771 TN Concrete Structures 10 CY Storm Drain Pipe 1,857 LF All vendors must submit with bid, a bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. Failure to submit a bid bond with the proper rating will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Successful vendors will be required to meet insurance requirements, submit a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond and a one hundred percent (100%) payment bond. Bids are legal and binding upon the vendor when submitted. All bids should be submitted in duplicate.
