**As of September 9 , 2025 project has been canceled. As of this time it is unknown if an when project will rebid. Demolition of 401 Benton-- The City is now accepting bids for the demolition, removal and clean-up of the 2-story structure, garage and complete clearance of property located at 401 Benton Street. The successful bidder will be required to provide proof of insurance for this type of work. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
