Demolition of 401 Benton: The City is now accepting bids for the demolition, removal and clean-up of the 2-story structure, garage, cement slab, fence, rear retaining wall, all unmarked trees and bushes and removal of all debris from the site located at 401 Benton Street. The successful bidder will be required to provide proof of insurance for this type of work.
